Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – Raaha Collections

At Raaha Collections, we believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. Every product we sell is carefully curated to offer the best quality at the best possible price.

Our policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly while maintaining hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

We sincerely hope you never need to use this policy; however, in unforeseen circumstances, we are here to guide you.


1. Important Definitions

  • Sale / Clearance Items: Products sold at a reduced price

  • Non-Sale (Fresh) Items: Products sold at full price


2. Cosmetics & Jewellery – No Return / No Exchange (STRICT)

Due to hygiene, safety, and tamper-sensitive reasons, the following categories are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE:

  • All Cosmetic / Beauty Products

  • All Jewellery Products

🚫 Once delivered, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or converted to wallet credit, even if unused or unopened.


3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or wrong item:

How to Raise a Request

Within 48 hours of delivery:

Include:

  • Order Number

  • Clear Product Photos

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video (sealed package to opening)

❗ Requests via Instagram / WhatsApp / Calls / Social Media will not be accepted.

Resolution

  • Product Replacement
    OR

  • Full Refund (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • Clearance / Sale items are final and non-exchangeable

  • ₹150 operational & processing fee deducted per returned item

  • COD charges are non-refundable

  • Customized items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable


4. Refund Processing – Mandatory Instructions

Refunds to UPI / Bank / PhonePe / GPay will be processed ONLY IF:

  • Request is sent from same registered email ID

  • Same mobile number used during order

  • Correct order number is provided

❗ Incomplete / mismatched details will not be accepted.


5. Refund Timeline

Refund process starts 2–3 working days after returned shipment reaches warehouse.

Expected Timeline

  • 5–7 Working Days: Return shipment verification

  • + 2–3 Working Days: Bank / Gateway processing

📌 Total Refund Time: 7–10 Working Days


6. Product Not Liked / Not As Expected

If you are not satisfied with the product:

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Applicable only for Non-Sale / Full Price Items

Charges

  • ₹150 Processing Fee Per Item

  • ₹95 COD Charge Deduction (for COD Orders)

  1. Fill Return Form OR Email Support

  2. Wait for Approval

  3. Ship Product Back at Customer Cost

  4. Share Tracking Details within 24 Hours

Refund Method

  • No Cash Refund

  • Amount credited as Raaha Wallet Credit / Coins

  • Wallet Credit has Lifetime Validity


7. Size Issue Policy

  • No Returns for Size-Related Issues

  • Exchange Allowed Only If Wrong Size Delivered

  • If Delivered Size Matches Ordered Size → No Return / Refund

  • Exchange Only for Same Product

  • Subject to Availability

Dress Category

  • No Return

  • Exchange Only

Refund for Size Issue

Refunds not available for size issues.


8. Stitching Problems – International Customers

We recommend local/private tailoring for best fitting.

9. Beads & Sequins Disclaimer

Minor loosening of beads/sequins may occur naturally during transit/stitching.

  • Most issues can be fixed by local tailor

  • Replacement may have similar characteristics

📌 Minor bead/sequin issues are not valid for return/refund.


10. Customization Orders

  • Prepaid Only

  • No COD

  • No Return / Exchange / Refund

  • Processing Time: 6–7 Working Days

  • Charges Start from ₹650

  • No Changes/Cancellation Once Confirmed


11. Exchange Policy Summary

  • Exchange Request within 2 Days of Delivery

  • Product must be unused with original packaging/tags

Charges

  • Reverse Pickup: ₹150

  • New Dispatch: ₹150

  • Both-Way Shipping at Customer Cost

  • Price Difference Payable in Advance
