Shipping Policy and Information

Raaha Collections is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most orders are shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed, except on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver to locations across the world.

All International Shipping will cost a minimum of ₹1000 for the first product, after which ₹400 is added per product, depending on the destination country. International shipping will be processed within 2–3 working days, and orders are typically delivered within 6–7 working days thereafter.

Shipping Restriction

Any items notified by the delivery company to be restricted, banned, or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof, ammunition, human remains, pornography, and illegal narcotics/drugs).

Important Information

Order cut-off times are guidelines only and do not consider delays caused by payment authorization.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time shown on the product page. However, delays of up to 72 hours may occur due to unforeseen circumstances from the manufacturer/designer.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

When Do We Deliver?

All domestic orders are shipped between 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Domestic shipping usually takes 7–15 business days.

Shipping charges in India depend on delivery location.

International Shipping

Raaha Collections delivers globally and ensures that the best available courier agencies are used.

International shipping charges:

• ₹1000 for first product

Insurance

Raaha Collections insures each purchase while in transit until delivered.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Once signed, responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient.

If you specify another recipient (e.g., as a gift), their signature will be considered proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

Taxes and Duties

For Indian customers, GST will be charged as applicable.

For international customers:

• Orders may be sent as personal-use items.

• If customs duties/taxes are imposed by the destination country, they must be paid by the customer.

• Raaha Collections is not responsible for customs duties.

Customers will be informed via email/phone if customs apply.

• COD available for orders between ₹600 and ₹30,000

• Orders below ₹600: COD not available

• Orders above ₹30,000: Prepaid only

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

GST Applicability

If the fulfillment is done on or after July 1, 2017 and the total discount exceeds 19% of MRP, GST may be charged additionally.

GST Rates

• Apparel/Clothing: Up to 12% of net payable

• Accessories/Other Categories: Up to 28% of net payable

GST shown at cart level is an estimate.

Final GST is determined based on the warehouse from which goods are shipped.

If actual GST is lower than estimated GST, the excess amount will be refunded.
